Our latest blog is a video report from the picket line at Dublin Airport, as cabin crew engage in a 24 hour work stoppage. The stoppage is the first of its kind in over a decade and the dispute with management is about rosters. Cabin crew have been trying to talk to Aer Lingus about changing the roster patterns for three years, but management’s refusal to engage on the issue has led to this industrial action. Talks with management aimed at resolving the dispute commence next week.
